Payment
What are the accepted payment methods? We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or PayPal Payments. **Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required.
What currencies do I pay with? The currency used is Canadian Dollar (CAD). GST will be added to Canadian orders. Orders placed outside of Canada will not be subject to taxes.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost? Shipping within Canada is FREE for orders over $85. Flat rate of $12 apply for Canadian orders less than $85. Shipping to USA is FREE for orders over $100. Flat rate of $15 apply for USA orders less than $100.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within Canada and USA.
When will I receive my order? We dispatch all orders in 3 - 5 business days as each item is made to order. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You can also track your package on Canada Post website.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and we're not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Can you send my delivery as a gift for custom purposes? Unfortunately, we have to declare all prices correctly on our parcels. If an item is on sale we will declare the sale price and not the suggested retail price of the item.
